Acne cure: how to get rid of acne for good

Introduction:

Every acne cure I’ve ever seen will never compare to what I’m about to share with you right now. The problem people have with controlling their pimples from showing up or spreading is never knowing which sources to attack first. There are so many paid ad shows on TV and a plethora of acne cleansers that help you cure your acne problem. The only difference is that the only way the products they sell or the paid programs that people all over the world are promoting will work for you is if you keep buying the products they sell. After buying what you thought would solve your problem, it just puts you back where you started and never cures what you were trying to stop in the first place. I have learned that it is not just the outside of your body that needs attention, but even the internal parts of your body need as much attention as the external parts of your body. I will explain a little more about it in my little story that I am about to share with you right now.

My story:

We all like to eat anything that comes our way, especially if it’s one of our many favorite dishes or snacks. I love to eat anything fried or cooked in oil. Even eating food, my skin always showed signs of acne the next day. Before I knew what I know now, I used to think that maybe this was just one of those phases that we all have to face and accept. The only difference from the phases I was going through in my life was that I could never get it to stop. As time went on, I began to realize that my problem was only getting much worse and I still didn’t know how my pimples got there in the first place. Then a week passed and all my questions that I asked remained unanswered. I really hoped that one day I could find the answers to all my questions and cure my acne problem once and for all. Little did I know that I would soon discover something that changed my life forever.

A common cold is one of the worst feelings you could wish for, but for me, it opened my eyes and gave me answers to all my acne-problem questions. As my illness got stronger and stronger, this is what happened to me and this is what my common cold showed me. I started getting every symptom you can imagine a normal common cold could give you. The only true symptom that really stood out to me was that I couldn’t eat anything but a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup. It wasn’t the sick feeling that I found so attractive, but the fact that the sick feeling prevented me from eating anything but hot soup. It never occurred to me until three days later when I started noticing how my pimples were starting to disappear. At first, I still couldn’t understand why my pimples were slowly disappearing, but as far as I was concerned, what was happening just had a good effect on my skin.

My cold was finally gone and I was starting to feel much better, but I was still baffled as to why my face cleared up so well. Without even thinking about it, I went back to doing my old habits again. My daily routines were back to normal and even my eating habits were back to normal. The only difference with this hour was that when I ate, I ate more than I normally did before I got sick. You can imagine what I found growing on my face the next day. Let’s just say my face didn’t look so good anymore. That’s when I finally realized why my acne problem would never go away.

I have learned a lot since then and now my skin looks even better than before. I really had to learn what types of foods I could eat that weren’t harmful to my skin. I also needed to know that anti-acne products really work and what I should avoid. Here are some examples of the type of foods to avoid.

Examples:

Example one: I know it can be really hard to stay away from fried foods, but all you really eat is oil-soaked food. When you eat a large amount of fatty food, the oil from the food seems to reach the pores of your face.

Example two: Eating a lot of buttered foods like buttered toast or butter-sautéed shrimp can also cause acne. The greasy texture of butter is what causes pimples to appear on the skin.

Example Three: If you like eating the fat off a nice juicy steak or a thick slice of prime rib, it’s time you thought twice before trying to eat another piece of fat. The fat in meat also produces heavy oils that can cause pimples all over your face and body.

Conclusion:

The most important thing that I am trying to say here is to stay away from all the greasy and oily foods that you love to eat so much. When you consume and eat all those greasy and oily foods, the oil that you consume has to escape somewhere and usually it would escape through your pores or sweat puffs. That’s why being able to take control of what you eat can help you get rid of your acne for good.
