How to exfoliate your skin:

  • A mixture of sugar and olive oil is used to rub the face.
  • A mixture of oats with water is then used to make a paste and rubbed gently on the face.
  • After 10-15 minutes, rinse your face gently with lukewarm water. Hot water is hard on the skin, especially the delicate facial skin.
  • Apply a moisture containing alpha or beta hydroxy acids. These acids cause more dead skin cells to break off.
  • Try an exfoliating papaya mask. The enzymes in it help exfoliate the skin. Rinse well after 15 minutes.
