EODD 2.0 – What are SNAPP system foods?

The Every Other Day Diet or (EODD) plan is taking the dieting world by storm, and for good reason. EODD is more than just a diet – it is a complete lifestyle change plan. Author Jon Benson is a nutrition and fitness expert who enjoys helping people lose weight in a healthy way. He invented the SNAPP EODD 2.0 program to help people who often struggle with weight loss.

Now every diet plan ever invented tells you what to eat and in what amounts to induce weight loss. So what makes Jon’s plan different from all the others?

The truth is, Jon developed a system to help himself first. You see, it was once in his place. He had put on weight and really needed a way to shed the extra pounds. There was only one problem: he hated the diet.

So as a person who wanted to lose weight and keep it off forever, you knew you needed to find something that would allow you to continue enjoying the foods you liked, while losing weight and recovering.

After much study, trial and error, Jon was able to transform his own plump body into a slimmer and fitter look. Once he knew it worked, he was determined to share his knowledge with everyone else. It is also good, because, as we all know, there is an obesity epidemic in our society.

So what are SNAPP system foods?

The SNAPP system translates into smoothies, nuts, apples, protein, and products. Basically, it is an easy way to remember the foods you need to eat regularly. The EODD plan is so flexible that you actually have five different meal plans to follow. Each plan is based on the particular needs of each dieter.

The eating plans range from beginner to extreme. Each plan contains SNAPP foods. This makes things extremely simple for everyone. There is no mystery about what kind of food you will eat. And the really interesting thing is that when you are on the basic plan, you can enjoy an “anything goes” meal every other day.

This is the basis of the Every Other Day diet plan. But I must say that the healthy meals on the plan will also be enjoyable for most of the people. Of course, you must be really serious about getting in shape. Being on this plan does not mean that you can waste your time and eat incredible amounts of unhealthy food.

Okay, here’s a look inside the SNAPP system foods:

Smoothies – These aren’t the kind of smoothies you get at your fast food joint. Jon’s plan includes many healthy shakes that contain fresh fruits and vegetables. For example, there is a vegetable smoothie made with broccoli, onion, and bell pepper. There is a fruit smoothie made with blueberries, cherries, and grapefruit.

Nuts – Almonds and walnuts are used strategically to keep the metabolism going and prevent the body from going into starvation mode. When you think about it, walnuts make a great snack, plus their texture, flavor, and crunchiness create a bit of excitement for the food inside your mouth, as well as your belly.

Apples – You’ve probably already heard that apples have health benefits. Well, they seem to be great for weight loss too. Apples contain natural sugar, fiber, and other nutrients. Best of all, there are several tasty varieties that you can easily find at your local grocery store.

Protein – There is no getting around the fact that, as humans, we need protein. The SNAPP plan includes lean proteins like chicken, beef, fish, and beans. You will get recipes that show you various ways to prepare these foods.

Produce – Yes, this means fruits and vegetables. If you really want to lose a significant amount of fat, you will be happy to enjoy large amounts of products.

The plan also includes many delicious and easy-to-make recipes that incorporate SNAPP foods. This is an “obvious” type of diet that anyone can do if they want to. Add in Jon Benson’s fitness plan and you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve.
