Nigeria is ready to conquer the world

Nigeria is located in West Africa on the Gulf of Guinea with a total area of 923,768 km2, making it the 32nd largest country in the world after Tanzania. It is about twice the size of California. It shares 4,047 km with the Republic of Benin (773 km), Niger (1,497 km), Chad (87 km), Cameroon (1,690 km) and has a coastline of at least 853 km.

The highest point in Nigeria is Chappal Waddi at 2,419 m (7,936 ft).

Nigeria has a varied landscape. From the Obudu Hills in the south-eastern parts through the beaches in the south, the rainforest, the Lagos estuary and also the savannah in the central and south-western parts of the country and the Sahel to the encroaching Sahara in the far north.

Nigeria has two major rivers, the Niger River and the Benue River, which converge and flow into the Niger Delta, the largest river deltas in the world.

Nigeria is also very rich in natural resources. It has an unquantifiable deposit of Bitumen, which is the main material for road construction. Nigeria not only has oil fields or oil wells, but it has 32 billion tons of natural gas. Nigeria has marble, titanium, and tantalom, which is another material that is like titanium.

Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa and the eighth most populous country in the world with a population of over 140 million. It is a regional powerhouse and is also listed among the “Next Eleven” economies. Nigeria’s economy is one of the fastest growing in the world with the International Monetary Fund projecting growth of 9% in 2008 and 8.3% in 2009.

In 2003, Nigerians were reported to be the happiest people in a scientific survey conducted in 65 countries between 1999 and 2001. The research was reported by one of the world’s leading scientific journals,

Nigerians are also very creative and enterprising. With the tremendous change that can be seen in people’s lives, Nigerians believe that they can achieve anything. What many countries took hundreds of years to achieve, Nigeria achieved in less than 50 years, which is why they say they are ready to take on the world! In fact, with a population as large as theirs and a mentality like this, I think everyone should be aware of Nigerians.
