wake up and see reality

Before I start this article, I’d like to say that this is my take on human development and how to live a proper life, even if “immediate gratification” doesn’t come. Also, don’t act against a genuine understanding of everything. That is the lesson. With that, I begin this article:

Sometimes in life, we all need to wake up and see the realities of our lives as they really are, not as we “really” want them to be. Genuine life and death are in our perceptions. Recently, I faced a crisis of conscience. I wondered if I was moving in the right direction with my life, or if I took a wrong turn in my past. Well, I went through it all deeply and realized that I am where I need to be, and anything else would have been wrong. Sure, I could have gone to high school and become a marine biologist, actor, politician, or some sort of winner instead of a scratch-up philosopher who actually majored in philosophy in college with a minor in speech and debate. But, I really believe and understand, if you have a genuine dream from the root, you must follow it, even if it sometimes seems “crazy” or “silly” to others. A real dream from the roots is the only genuine route to greatness, nothing else is. What comes from the roots is the true gift of God, everything else does not count, even if it is achieved immediately. Face it.

So at times in life and existence, we all need to wake up and see the realities of our lives for what they really are.

When I graduated from high school at fifteen, my dad died in mid-1991, and my mom asked me, “Why do you want to major in philosophy in college?” around 1992. All I could answer is that I wanted to write about it deeply, and not just study it, but go very deep and improve the world in some way, although at the time I didn’t know how that would happen.

Then I realized, taking the path no matter how difficult it may seem at first because it means everything, a path that “has everything” but leads to nothing, means nothing. Many of you also understand what I mean by that sentence before this one. But even Christianity and Buddhism in their scriptures say the same thing in phrases like “win the whole world and lose your soul” or “the true path is as difficult as putting a thread through the eye of a needle” and such. .

A true winner from the core, who is really a winner is a rare thing due to the factors I just mentioned. There are so many “average” losers in trouble in this world, because winning the way I mention is “so hard.” It’s easier? Go with the flow and be a loser, or really win? Good question.

Here is my personal answer though, I would prefer to follow a genuine path and that’s it. I’ll do it correctly at this point or I won’t do anything. I know, that’s nonconformity, but if it is, then so be it. I’d rather do it to my satisfaction or not do it at all.
